How to delete your account
Open the Ciphro.io app, sign in to the account you want to delete, go to Account Settings, and choose Delete Account. You may be asked to confirm your identity before the deletion is completed.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@ciphro.io from the email address linked to your Ciphro.io account and include the subject line "Ciphro.io account deletion request". We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before deleting it.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your Ciphro.io account profile and account data from active systems, including vault records associated with your account. Because Ciphro.io is designed around encrypted vault data, we cannot recover your account or vault contents after deletion.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited time where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or business records. Retained information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
