What is Ciphro?
Ciphro, also known as Ciphro.io, is a zero-knowledge password manager for iOS and Android developed by Entropic Code, LLC in Orlando, Florida. It stores your logins in encrypted vaults, generates strong passwords, syncs across your devices, and lets you share selected credentials with family or teammates.
Is Ciphro free?
Yes. Ciphro is free to download on the App Store and Google Play and includes a free plan with no subscription required. The free plan has a limit on the number of credentials you can store and on the number of folders you can create. Paid plans with higher limits are in development, and any pricing will be announced on this site and inside the app before it takes effect.
Which platforms does Ciphro support?
Ciphro is available for iOS on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. Your encrypted vaults sync across every device where you sign in with the same account, so the password you need is available on your phone or tablet when you need it.
How does zero-knowledge encryption protect my data?
Your vault data is encrypted on your device before it is sent to Ciphro's servers, and only your key can unlock it. Ciphro cannot read your stored passwords, notes, or account details, so your vault contents stay private even while they are synced between your devices.
How can I sign up for Ciphro?
Download Ciphro from the App Store or Google Play and open the app. You will be prompted to create an account with a valid email address and a password, and then you can create your first vault and start saving credentials.
Is there a limit on how many credentials I can store?
Each Ciphro plan includes a maximum number of stored credentials, counted across your whole account. Folders help you organize your credentials and do not change your plan's credential limit, although each plan has a technical limit on the number of folders. How can I delete my Ciphro account?
Open the Ciphro app, sign in, go to Account Settings, and choose Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and vault data, which cannot be recovered afterwards. If you can no longer access the app, email support@ciphro.io from the address linked to your account, as explained on our account deletion page.
